Q. I keep getting errors relating to MDAC or Jet Database Engine or DAO?
Q. When do I receive my license key?
A. When you purchase Sexy Dreams you will instantly receive an email from BMT Micro (our payment processor), which will confirm your payment and include your digital receipt. A few minutes later you will receive a second email from BMT Micro which will contain instructions for downloading your key from a secure server using a unique username and password supplied by us.
Q. Why doesn't my licence key work?
A. For your license key to work you will need to import it into Sexy Dreams, Go to Advanced Settings>Import License from the Sexy Dreams menu. More detailed instructions are included with your registration email. If you are still having trouble then please contact us @ support@sexydreams3d.com
Q. Can I install my licence key on another machine?
A. Yes, you can install Sexy Dreams on every computer you own, you can even use it at parties and social events. But remember that the future of Sexy Dreams and further updates depends upon customers and funds, so please don't abuse it.
Q. Can another person use my licence key?
A. No, your license key is yours and nobody else's. See above question.
Q. I’ve lost my licence key, can you re-send it?
A. Yes, we can. Just send an email to support@sexydreams3d.com with your Name and Email address you used to purchase Sexy Dreams. I we will send you a replacement key at no charge.
Q. What upgrades am I entitled to when I purchase a licence key?
A. Unlike other companies which like to charge users for major upgrades, we at Sexy Dreams like to be loyal too our customers, so everybody who purchases a license key for Sexy Dreams gets the following benefits.
- License Keys last for a Lifetime.
- Free Major and Minor upgrades for all Registered Users forever.
- Email support within 24 - 48 hours
Q. I keep getting this error "gl_arb_vertex Program Required" when playing Sexy Dreams?
A. This only appears when your graphics card does not support some of the advanced graphics shaders that Sexy Dreams uses for its special effects. To fix this error you need to Start Sexy Dreams and go to Advanced Settings>Graphics and then disable all of the shader settings.
Sexy Dreams requires either a Nivida GeForce 6 or equal graphics card to use all graphics settings available.
Q. I keep getting errors relating to MDAC or Jet Database Engine or DAO?
A. If you are running an older version of Windows e.g. 95/98/Me/2000, you maybe missing to latest versions of the Microsoft Database Engines. Install the two programs listed below and see if the errors are fixed.
If this doesn't resolve your problem you can also try the solution below, but this is at your own risk.
1) try and locate this file c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll
2) Press Start > Run
3) Copy and paste to uninstall the dll
"regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
4) Copy and paste to reinstall the dll
"regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
5) Restart then try to run Sexy Dreams again.
